A licensed 501-c3 whose mission is to help the less fortunate.
Founded by Ray Shackleford, an American and 3 time Purple Heart recipient; Ray likes to help people and simply ‘give-back’ out of his appreciation for a blessed and fortunate life.
Ray who spends his time between Oregon and Cebu Philippines made his first visit to Cambodia in 1994. He befriended “Mr. Elephant” and immediately built a strong bond which has lead to many beautiful philanthropic developments in Cambodia.
The Anyway Foundation and it’s support group (including, members of my class of 1957 from Forest Grove Oregon, Roger, Joan, Shirley, Carrie, all the people in Texas that have helped, the employees at the Nehalem Bay, Depoe Bay Wineries) have built 3 schools and support an orphanage near the Phnom Penh airport.
The Anyway Foundation is very proud to have donated hundreds and hundreds of mosquito nets, tons of rice, purchase land for schools, built class rooms, built cabins for teachers, drilled water wells, provided annual school supplies and COUNTLESS other small contributions.
