Step 2: Learn Your Home's Value

Finding out your home's value is crucial for selling it quickly, and getting the most for your house. Location, condition, amenities, and market conditions are just a few of the factors that affect your list price. Our agents walk you through a thorough analysis of your home, so you will be able to come up with a realistic, competitive price.

Step 3: Prepare To Sell

Are you willing/able to do any repairs? The next step is to prepare your house to sell. Are there any issues that need fixing? Don't underestimate the power of a clean, well kept home, and manicured lawns.

Prepare to have buyers going in and out of your home. For example, if you have a noisy dog, you should consider hiring a pet sitter. Most likely the buyer will hire an inspector, you will need to be flexible to let him into your home for a few hours.

Step 4: Negotiate

Step 5: Closing

Once you have accepted the buyer's offer, your agent will assist in developing a clear and binding transaction. Closing is a formal process where all buyer(s) and seller(s) sign the necessary paperwork needed to complete the sale. The house keys and title is transferred to the buyer, and you receive your payment for the house!
